Henry “Hank” Hettinger Feb 16,1914-Feb 21,1990 Henry “Hank” Hettinger, 76, died February 21, 1990 in North Platte. He was born February 16, 1914 at Mitchell to George and Effie (Wambolt) Hettinger, grew up in the Mitchell Valley area and farmed there until 1967. At that time he moved to North Platte.Mr. Hettinger was a member of the Berean Fundamental Church. Survivors include his wife, Sue of North Platte; two sons, Larry of Denver, Colorado and Bob of Sacramento, California; a daughter Kathleen (Mrs. Bill) Keller of North Platte; a brother, Herman of Mitchell;sister Alma Hoffman of Henry;and two grandchildren Troy Kister of Omaha and Kathy Fallas of Denver,Colorado.He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Carl, George and Alex; and two sisters, Hetti Pieper and Effie Riley. Services were held February 23, 1990 at the Berean Fundamental Church in North Platte. The Index, Wednesday, February 28, 1990 Mitchell, Nebraska
