Kelley surprised their many friends by drivIng to Ord Monday, Dec. 28, 1914 and were married by the Presbyterian minister, Rev. R. L. Purdv. Archie Jeffres, cousin of the groom, and Miss Ruby Kelley, sister of the bride, accompanied them. The bride was attired in light blue silk brocaded poplin and the groom in dark blue serge suit. A quiet little reception was given them in the evening at the home of the bride's parents. The presents that were given them at the reception and also at the shower a few days before show the high esteem in which they are held. The young couple have the good wishes of their many Trends as they start on life's journey together.
