Bio

Funeral services for James Napoleon Cook, 85, a resident here (Borger) since 1948 who died in Magic Plains Nursing Home at 2:25 a.m. today, will be conducted at the Chapel of the Fountains at 2 p.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Oscar Mayo, pastor of First Baptist Church, Dimmitt, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Ed Brown & Sons. Surviving are the widow, Maggie, 107 Turner, a son, C.E. Cook, Dallas and a grandson, Earl Cook , Amarillo. (Published in Borger News Herald, October 26, 1965)
