Bio

William Albert Cook was the son of William Anderson Cook and Nancy Caroline Tackett. He never married. Information on his birth and death dates came from the family bible, now in the possession of Jane Fay Cook Edwards. He was buried in Hubbard-Salem Cemetery, but no gravestone has been found. According to his younger brother James Napolean Cook, Albert always had a nice horse and saddle. He left home with a good horse and adequate money, but returned broke and sick. He died of pneumonia.
