Dallas Morning News - January 13, 1968 - Funeral services for Robert L. Trammell, 84, a retired Collin County farmer who had been living in Dallas for 25 years, will be held at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, in Restland Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Restland Memorial Park. Trammell, a native of Anniston, Ala., died here Thursday. He had been living in Dallas since his retirement. He was a member of the East Grand Baptist Church. Survivors: Three sons, Alton Trammell and Calvin Trammell of Dallas and Choice Trammell of McKinney; three daughters, Mrs. Calvin Pruitt of Dallas, Mrs. Norman Williamson of Duncanville, and Mrs. Newell Lepeard of Irving; four brothers, Luther Trammell of McKinney, Lanie Trammell of Irving, Talmage Trammell of Dallas, and Ernest O. Trammell of Arlington; three sisters, Mrs. Annie Vaughn of Josephine, Collin County, Mrs. Dessie Davis of DeSoto and Mrs. Ola Watson of Dallas; 15 grandchildren; and 26 great grandchildren.
