The Franklin Democrat, Friday, April 19, 1889, Volume XXIX, Number 43, page 1 column 4 MT. OLIVE ~ Billy Richardson, who has been ill for several weeks with consumption, died Thursday night and was buried Friday evening at Carmel. [Submitted by Mark McCrady and Cathea Curry] The Franklin Republican, Friday, April 19, 1889, Volume 45, Number 16, page 8, column 2 CRANE’S CROSSING ~ Mr. William Richardson, who was mentioned last week as being very low with consumption, died Thursday, and was buried Friday afternoon at Mt. Carmel. He was about twenty-five years of age and leaves three sisters and his mother to mourn their loss. [Submitted by Mark McCrady and Cathea Curry]
