Census for Needham, Johnson County: Hiram Hensley, 50; Wife, Matilda, 47; Daughter, Jennie Earlywine, 26; and her Husband Frank Earlywine, 26. 1910 U. S. Census for Needham, Johnson County: Hiram Hensley, 59; and Wife, Matilda Hensley, 57. Indiana State Board of Health Certificate of Death No. 286 for Needham Township, Johnson County records Matilda Hensley, a 66 years, 23-days old married white female, died about 7:30 a.m. on 3 November 1917, due to "Mitral Stenosis." She was the daughter of William Richardson, and Mary J. Musselman, both born in Indiana. Her husband Hiram was the informant. Burial was at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, Johnson County on 5 November 1917, A. V. Vandivier and Son of Franklin, in charge.
