Bio

Frank Charles Hubenak (baptized as Franciscus Carolus Hubenak) was 3rd child of Joannes and Anna Jurina Hubenak. His parents were married in February 1880 and immigrated from Breman, Germany to Galveston, Texas arriving in December 1880. They soon moved to the Fayetteville area. Frank's mother died in 1901 and his father died in 1908. From then until he married in 1913, he lived with his siblings and his step-mother, Johanna Sykora Hubenak. He, his wife, first child and widowed step-father moved to the Sealy area before 1918 and eventually bought a farm in Frydek, where he lived the remainder of his life. Info: F.
