Requiem Mass Held Mon. For Adolph Hubenak Adolph J. Hubenak, 67, of 308 South Harrison in West, was dead on arrival at a local doctor's office Friday afternoon. He apparently suffered a heart attack. Rosary was recited Sunday at 8 p.m. at Kotch Chapel in West. Requiem mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption; Rev. George Doskocil was celebrant. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Mr. Hubenak was born at Fayetteville, Texas. He had lived in the West area 58 years. He was a farmer and later was employed at the flour mill for 25 years. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption. Survivors are his wife; one son, Ben Roy Hubenak of Waco; two daughters, Mrs. Bernard (Ellen) Urbanovsky of West and Mrs. Earl (Bernice) Rowell of Northcrest; one brother, Frank Hubenak of Sealy; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Brownschital, grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
