daughter of William Williams Colbert - Maryann Elizabeth Goodson wife of William H. Potts Margaret Colwell married William Potts in 1876. Margaret Potts was a pioneer resident of Jones County, Texas coming from Grayson County, Texas. Informant was her daughter, Mrs. R.L. Penick of Stamford. Survived by daughter: Mrs. R.L. "Dottie Lenora" Penick of Stamford, one son: Nelson Colbert Potts, one grandson - Dr. F.E. Hudson of Graham. Kinney Funeral Home Book 1924-1934, page 59
