Thanks to Find a Grave member Carolyn Brinkmeyer for the following information: ------------------------- Rosenberg Herald, May 12, 1955: Funeral services were held for Mrs. Anna Kainer, age 89, from the Triska Chapel at 8:45 a.m. Thursday morning, May 5 followed by Requiem Mass at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Rev. J.J. Tydlacka officiating. She came to this country with her family in 1866 arriving in Galveston. They moved to Lavaca County and in 1922 she made her home in Fort Bend County where she resided until her death on May 3. Survivors include three sons, Lee Mueller of Rosenberg, Henry Kainer of Rosenberg and Willie Kainer of East Bernard; two daughters, Mrs. Hattie Nesrsta of Flatonia and Mrs. Lilly Luedeke of Houston; twenty grandchildren and thirty-seven great grandchildren. Pallbearers were her grandson, Fred Nesrsta, Rudy Nesrsta, Adolph Gretner, Ed Kopycinski, Adolph Luedeke and Eddie Luedeke. Interment was made in the Holy Rosary Cemetery with the Triska Funeral Home directing. ------------------------------- Father: George Gertner Mother: Annie Gertner
