Bio
Myrle Dawson passed away Saturday, April 25, 2009 at Methodist Central in Dallas, Texas. She was born April 29, 1933 to Homer and Betty (Garner) Compton in Ellis County. Survivors include her sons: Jim Dawson, Jerry and Tess Dawson, Tommy and Rita Dawson all of Waxahachie; three granddaughters:Gena and Chester Harris of Red Oak, Christie and Eddie Kelley and Dara Dawson both of Waxahachie; two great granddaughters: Hannah Harris of Red Oak and Maca Kelley of Waxahachie; one great grandson: Hunter Kelley of Waxahachie; five brothers: Billy Compton, Herman Compton, Robert Compton all of Waxahachie, Doyle Compton and Eugene Compton both of Grapevine; three sisters: Ludean Green of Waxahachie, Betty Robinson of Azle and Wanda Howard of Fort Worth. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Interment was in the Waxahachie City Cemetery.
