James William “JW” “Jim” Brown was the eldest son of Zachary Benjamin Brown and Ella Lavinia Dickerson. JW married Edith Cash in 1940 in Beaumont, TX. They shared 35 years of marriage and had three children. JW was a longtime resident of Vidor, TX.
