Bio

William never married. Funeral services for William Albert Shockey, age 61, who was found dead in a barn at the rear of his home in Claremont yesterday will be held at the Claremont Methodist church Saturday with Rev. S. J. Harshman in charge. Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant cemetery in Claremont. An inquest into the death was conducted yesterday afternoon at the Olney Funeral home with the coroner's jury returning a verdict that death was due to a heart attack. Mr. Shockey is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Minnie Marshall, who resided with him at Claremont, Mrs. Lee harmon of Olney and Mrs. Harriet Fellows of Grayville. The body was removed to the home in Claremont this afternoon until time for the services.
