Burial was in Holy Cross cemetery. Mr. Barak is survived by his widow; two daughters, Dorothy Lee and Joan of Waco; his mother, Mrs. Rosa Lee Barak of West; one brother, Walter J. Barak of Hillsboro; eight sisters, Mrs. Agnes Jansha of West, Mrs. Ella Mae Novak of Georgia, Mrs. Ethel Phelan of Philadelphia, Mrs. Rosie Bocak of Jordon, Mrs. Grace Filer of Galveston, Mrs. Marie Krezan of West, Mrs. Julia Podsednik of West and Mrs. Ann Polinsky of Mart.
