Mrs. Rosie Barak Funeral Monday Mrs. Rosie Barak, age 78, died at her home here at 9 p.m. Friday, April 1. Funeral services were held at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the Catholic Church, Father E. J. Polcak officiating. Burial was in the Catholic Cemetery. Mrs. Barak was born in Czechoslovakia, coming to the United States and this community 57 years ago. Surviving are eight daughters, Mrs. Rosalie Bacak of Jourdanton, Mrs. Annie Polansky of Mart, Mrs. Agnes Janski of West, Mrs. Gracie Filer of Dickinson, Mrs. Mary Krizan of West, Mrs. Albina Novak of West, Mrs. Ethel Phelan of Philadelphia, Pa., and Mrs. Julia Podsednik of Dallas; 44 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren.
