Bio

Mrs. Elizabeth Cvikel, 83, of West, died at 1:30 p.m. last Thursday in a Waco rest home. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Church of Assumption. Msgr. I. J. Valenta officiated with burial in St. Martin's Cemetery. Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Aderhold-Moore Chapel in West. Mrs. Cvikel was born in Texas but had lived in and around West most of her life. Survivors Include three sons, Joe Cvikel of Hillsboro, Martin Cvikel and Louis Cvikel both of California; six daughters, Mrs. Mary Svacek, Mrs. Annie Dolezal, Mrs. Frances Matus all of West, Mrs. Millie Miculka of Dorena, Ore., Mrs. Agnes Dolezal of California, and Mrs. Albina Brown of California; four brothers; Constan Dulak of Aztell, Joseph Dulak of Elm Mott, Willie Dulak of Waco, August Dulak of West; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Rauschuber and Mrs. Annie Cinek, both of West; 40 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Pallbearers were A.P. Matus Jr., Dan Dolezal, Raymond Svacek, Arnold Svacek, Boiley Pareya and Henry Snokhous.
