Bio
Imo Lee Gardner Campbell, of Lumberton, passed away at Harbor Hospice of Beaumont. She was born to Elizabeth Rowell Gardner and Francis Marion Gardner and lived in the Beaumont area for sixty-two years. Imo Lee enjoyed volunteering at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth and Some Other Place. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and Wesley United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Leland Campbell; daughter, Darla Duplecion and her husband Blaine; son, Nolan Wayne Campbell and his wife Sybil; grandchildren, Cynthia Mantia and her husband Michael, Liza Hickey and her husband Bill, and Leah McIntosh and her husband Keith; four great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Polly Gardner. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Harvey Gardner, Lovell Gardner and Vernon Marcell Gardner; and half sisters, Elvie and Ruby. Funeral service at Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A graveside service in Ridgeway, Texas.
