Bio
Mrs. Vincie Prasifka, 90, of 300 Haven in West died Friday morning in West Rest Haven. Rosary was recited at 8:00 p.m. at the Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption with the Rev. William Benish as celebrant. Burial followed in St. Mary's Cemetery in West. Mrs. Prasifka was born in Czechoslovakia. Her husband, Charlie Prasifka, died in 1921. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West and of St. Ludmilla Society #11. She was a housewife. Survivors include three sons, Laddie Prasifka of Fort Worth, Charlie Prasifka of Norwalk, Calif., and Joseph Prasifka of Dallas; four daughters, Mrs. Millie Chudej of West, Mrs. Irene Watkins of Huntington Park, Calif., and Mrs. Albina Dennis and Mrs. Wilma Dennis, both of Bellmead; a brother, Joe Kadlubar of West; 16 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Danny Dennis, Jerry Prasifka, John Prasifka, Robert Lee Dennis, Billy Dennis, and Leo Dennis.
