Sykora Baby Dies Following Heart Surgery Veronica Agnes Sykora, age 3 1/2 months, died at 11:30 p.m. Friday in a Dallas hospital following heart surgery. Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Church of Assumption, Msgr. I.J. Valenta officiated. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Aderhold Funeral Home was in charge of the services. Survivors are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Sykora of West; three brothers, Ernest, Thomas and Samuel; three sisters, Bernadine, Theresa and Mary. Active pallbearers were her cousins, Henry Joe Sykora, Richard Sykora, Marvin Dobecka, Harry Lewis Macik, Danny Gajdicia and Jerry Petter.
