Daniel Sykora's Funeral Service To Be Held Fri. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, October 14, for Daniel John Sykora, who died Wednesday at his home, 315 S. Main St., West. Services will be at the Church of the Assumption, Rev. Frank Miller officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary was recited at Aderhold-Moore Chapel at 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Mr. Sykora, 46, was the son of Joe A. Sykora and Annie Hubenak Sykora. He was born in Fayetteville on July 21, 1914. Survivors are one brother, Joe A. Sykora of West; two sisters, Frances Sykora of Waco and Mrs. Mary Ann Sykora Vrba of Fort Worth. Pallbearers will be: John Sykora, Adolf Hubenak, Albin Chudej, Louis Karlik, Joe Wolf and Charles Dillon. The West News, West, Texas, Volume 70, No. 24, Edition 1, Friday, October 14, 1960, page 1.
