Mrs. Sykora's Last Rites Held Monday Mrs. Anna Sykora, age 79 , of Bellmead, Texas, died at 8:40 p.m. at a Waco hospital Sunday. Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. Tuesday at West Church of the Assumption. Rev. Father Ralph Brennan officiated, burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Monday at Aderhold-Moore Chapel. Her husband, Ignac Sykora, died just two weeks ago, on Easter Sunday. They had lived in the West community for about 50 years. Mrs. Sykora was born in Czechoslovakia, coming to this country with her parents when she was two or three years old. She was the former Anna Kubala. She is survived by seven sons, Ignac Sykora, Jr., Galveston, Mike, Corpus Christi, William of Bellmead, Eugene Joe, Raymond of Corpus Christi, John of Bellmead, 3 daughters, Mrs. Mary Grones of West, Mrs. Jane Titus of Bellmead, Mrs. Elizabeth Bounds of Waco; three brothers, Charlie Kubala, and Anton Kubala, both of Granger, Alois Kubala of Seymour, Texas; 25 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
