Last Rites For Mrs. Anna Sulak Held In West Mrs. Anna Sulak of Fort Worth, a former resident of West, died in a Fort Worth hospital at 2 p.m. Friday after a lengthy illness. She was 90. Funeral services were conducted at 11:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West. Rev. Gerald Smith officiated with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery at West. Rosary was recited at 5 p.m. Sunday at Kotch Funeral Home chapel in West. Mrs. Sulak was born in Fayette County and lived in the West area for 67 years before moving to Fort Worth six years ago. She was married to Anton J. Sulak on Jan. 21, 1891. Mr. Sulak died on March 1, 1939. She was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Fort Worth. She is survived by seven daughters, Mrs. Josie Kolar and Mrs. Lois Patterson, both of Abbott, Mrs. Christine Kopecky of Riesel, Mrs. Frances Sparks of Eddy, Mrs. Martha Kennedy and Mrs. Celia Janke, both of Fort Worth; three sons, Daniel Sulak of Waco, August Sulak of West and Albert Sulak of Fort Worth; one brother, August Merka of Bryan; 24 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren and two adopted great-great-grandchildren Pallbearers were Milton Kolar and Wayne Patterson, both of Abbott, Malcolm Sulak, Arlington, Leo Sulak of Houston, Edward Sulak of Waco, Joseph Rogers of Waco.
