Mrs. Johnnie Lou Ruzicka, age 75, of West, passed away early Monday morning March 5 at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco. Mrs. Ruzicka was born February 12, 1909, in Alabama. She was a housewife, having married Joe Ruzicka in 1926. He died in 1969. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption. She is survived by two sons, M.L. (Red) Adamson of West and John Ruzicka of Austin; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Ann Foitek of DeRidder, Louisiana; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 6 at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption, the Rev. B.J. Zientek as celebrant. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Grandsons served as pallbearers.
