Frank Koppa Dies In Waco Hospital Frank Koppa, age 39, Waco, Route 5, died in a Waco hospital at 12:30 a.m. Monday. Funeral services were held at the Catholic Church of West at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Rev. E.J. Polcak officiating, burial in the Catholic Cemetery. Mr. Koppa was born at Industry, Texas. He formerly resided in West, conducting a business here for a short while. Surviving are his widow; two sons, Edmond and Raymond; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Koppa of Waco; three sisters, Mrs. D.J. Sulak of Penelope, Mrs. J.F. Bordovsky and Miss Christine Koppa, both of Waco; three brothers, Walter and Gus, both of Waco, Ed of San Antonio.
