Bio

Death of Young West Woman Great Shock Mrs. Rosa Karlik, age 33, died at her home near West late Saturday night, January 9th, after the birth of twin daughters born about 5:30 p.m. She was born in Waco on September 13, 1899 and had lived in this county all of her life. Funeral services were held at the Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 11th, Rev. Polchak in charge. Interment was at the Catholic Cemetery. Survivors are: her husband, Frank Karlik; her mother, Mrs. Milberger, of this city; two brothers, George and Albert Milberger; four sisters, Mmes. Frank Prikryl, Joe Kabella, Frank Gerik and Miss Josephine Milberger. Besides the relatives a host of friends mourn the passing of this young woman.
