Bio

Mrs. Josepha Hanak, age 74, died at her home near West on December 1st. She was a native of Czecho-Slovakia, being born there on January 11, 1858, and had been a resident of this section for more than 25 years. Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3rd, at the Church of the Assumption, Rev. Jos. Pelnar officiating. Interment was at the Catholic Cemetery. Survivors are one son, Otto, of West, and two daughters, Mrs. Hattie Matus of West, and Mrs. Mary Sincek of Waco.
