Mrs. Della Grimm, age 77, of West passed away Saturday, March 16, 1985 at West Community Hospital. Mrs. Grimm was born February 10, 1908 in Engle, Texas. She was married to Alphonse Grimm and he preceded her in death in 1961. She was a housewife. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption where she was a member of the Altar Society and a former member of St. Mary's P.T.C. Choir. She was a member of the KJZT and the Catholic Daughters. She was active at the West Senior Citizens Center before her illness. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Margie Mae Griffin of Littleton, Colorado; two brothers, Ben F. Sulak and Tony Sulak both of West; one sister, Mrs. Margeurite Hill of Dallas and several nieces and nephews. Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Monday, March 18 at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel by Msgr. George Doskocil. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption, Msgr. B.J. Zientek as celebrant. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Pallbearers were John Sulak, Steve Sulak, Jack Crain, Don Hill, Emil Hutyra and Joe Edd Grimm. The West News, West, Texas, Volume 95, No. 12, Edition 1, Thursday, March 21, 1985, page 10
