Bio

Don Garner, of Nederland, passed away on Sunday at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas. He had lived most of his life in Nederland before settling in Bangkok, Thailand sixteen years ago. He was a member of the Pipe Fitters Local 195, owner of ICI Construction Inc. and Garner Construction Inc. before settling in Thailand. Preceded in death by his parents Duward and Lola Garner, survivors include his wife Ta Garner; son Curtis Garner and wife Joanne; two daughters, Colleen Smith and husband Dickie, Vickie Borden and husband Dave; seven grandchildren, Cody Pratt, Christopher Pratt, Amber Johnson and husband Carl, Kevin Smith, Garrett Garner, Kaitlin Borden, Kylie Borden; three great grandchildren, Wrangler and Maddison Johnson, Adrya Pratt. Funeral service at Steep Hollow Cemetery in Brazos County.
