Obit is provided by Glen Rose Funeral Home Sept. 24, 1957 Mrs. Martha Elizabeth Wilson Mrs. Martha Elizabeth Wilson, 85, passed away in the local hospital Tuesday about 9 a.m. after a short illness. Funeral services were conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Glen Rose Funeral Home Chapel. Elder A.D. Wood had charge of the service. Mrs. Wilson was born December 19, 1871 at Morgan Mill, Erath County. At the time of her death she lived with a daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Andy Wood. Surviving are her children, Ransom Swaim, Mrs. W. A. Wood, Mrs. A. H. Weeks, Mrs. B. G. Shook, Mrs. Edd West, Lee Wilson and Gus Wilson, a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren and other relatives. Grandsons were pallbearers at the service. Burial was at Lanham Mill cemetery. Glen Rose Funeral Home had charge of the service.
