Bio
Janie was the daughter of Willis B. and Amarilla C. Anglin Langston. Her parents are buried in Fields Chapel Cemetery. She married Stephen Merriman Lasiter 4 September 1890 in Anderson County. Their sons, Allen Lasiter, Harley Lasiter, John Lasiter, Lude Lasiter, Seldon Lasiter and Thomas Willis "Tommy" Lasiter, and daughters, Annie Lasiter Fletcher and Mary Cynthia Lasiter Fletcher, are buried in Fields Chapel Cemetery. Their daughters, Eula Lasiter Lamb and Julia Lasiter Coker, are buried in Roselawn Cemetery. Janie died at her home.
