Leigh Edward Nulph, 60, of 1405 Grunderville Rd., Warren, Died Thursday, Feb 9, 1984, in Warren General Hospital following a year-long illness. He was born Oct. 6, 1923, in Scotch hill, Pa., a son of the late Harry Nulph Sr. and Clara Simpson Nulph, who survives in Scotch Hill. He had been employed at Nation Forge Co., until 1967 and had then worked as a service manager for various local auto dealers. He was a member of the Scotch Hill Methodist Church and was a member of Stillwater Lodge 547 Free and Accepted Masons, American Legion Post 658 of Youngsville, and the Lakewood Rod and Gun Club, Lakewood, N. Y. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy. Besides his mother, he is also survived by his wife, Billee MacKendrick Nulph; three sons, Russell Nulph of Bunnell, Fla., Thomas Coulter of Pittsburgh, and Timothy Coulter of Camp Hill, Pa.; three daughters, Mrs. Leslie (Betty) Sanford of Youngsville, Mrs. Jan (Suzann) Carlson of Tiona, and Mrs. Douglas (Nancy) Zaffino of Salisbury, Md.; two brothers, Benton Nulph and Harry Nulph Jr., both of Scotch Hill; two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Urmson of Scotch Hill, and Mrs. Margaret Carll of Oswayo, Pa.; two nieces and seven grandchildren. Calling hours will be observed from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Saturday at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home and from 1 to 3 pm Sunday at the Scotch Hill Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held at the Scotch Hill Methodist Church Sunday at 3 pm with the Rev. David Lutz, pastor of the Grace Methodist Church in Warren officiating. Members of the Stillwater Lodge 547 F. and A. M. will hold their services at the funeral home at 7 pm Saturday.
