Wife of Paul F. Roeber --------------------------------------- Selma Roeber (41300737) Mrs. P.F. Roeber, of this section of the county, died last Friday and the funeral took place Saturday at the family home 3-1/2 miles south of Stamford with Rev. A.H. Muehlbrad, of Sagerton, in charge, pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Sagerton. Dennis-Barrow Funeral home had charge. Mrs. Reober was born in Hutto, TX, November 3, 1887, hence was nearing the age of 58 years. Survivors: husband; 4 daughers - Mrs. Clarence Moritz of Avoca; Mrs. Albin Hinze of Stamford; Mrs. Jimmy Muehlstein of Avoca; and Dora Mae of Stamford; one nephew - Paul Schonerstedt who has been in her home since he was 18 months old, and four grandsons; Brother - Fred Schonerstedt of Stamford; two sisters - Mrs. Chas. Nehring of Taylor and Mrs. Geo. Watson of Aspermont. Mrs. Roeber was formerly Selma Schonerstedt and was born November 3, 1886, near Dessau, in Travis County. She came to Stamford with her parents, when she was about 15 years old and was married to Paul Roeber on October 16, 1907. They moved to New Mexico for a time but came back in 1921.
