~~CELIA "EUNICE" BEAN`` Eunice was the daughter of James Ancel Ferrell and first wife, Elizabeth Braswell Ferrell. She was born July 22, 1845. Ancel Ferrell was born on May 29, 1813 in GA. He died in Jasper County, Texas on March 9, 1883. He was the son of Hutchins and Eunice Morgan Ferrell. Elizabeth Braswell was the daughter of Kindred and Zilphy Ann Youngblood Braswell. ~It appears that Eunice was named after her fathernal grandmother~ She married John Egbert Bean August 21, 1872. They had the following children; 1. Edgar P. b. 1 Jul 1873 (could not decipher writing) 2. James Ancel b. 20 Apr 1876 3. John Ilia b. 15 Aug 1878 4. May Egbert b. 21 May 1881 5. Lennie Auzcha b. 22 Sept 1883 6. Otho Zaydock b. 29 Aug. 1886 Her husband and two sons May Egbert, and John Ilia are buried in the Bean Family Plot. Otho Zaydock moved to Livingston, Texas, and lived out his life there. He married Lillie M. Braggen Oct 26, 1905 Houston Co. Texas. They had four children; Arvel, Carol, Eola and Bonnie Jean. Their other children were; Edgar b. 1873, m. Darlie Guice., James A. (Jim) b. 1876 m. Nancy Herrod. a daughter Linnie m. James (Jim) Kolb. Her husband J E died in Rusk, Cherokee County, Texas. It is a possibility she died there as well. She was a half sister to Callie Fornia Ferrell, mother of Soleta Walling Bean her daughter-in-law. Callie's mother, Soleta Revels, being second wife of James Ancel Ferrell.
