Daughter of William Spears Haney and Sarah Elizabeth Marsh. Paternal granddaughter of Hezekiah Haney. Maternal granddaughter of William H. Marsh and Elizabeth Harrell. Mother of Thomas Sidney Haney. She was never married, although her death certificate lists her as a widow. The name on the certificate is Eliza V. Haney, and the informant is her son Thomas. Louisa's name appears on The Family Memorial of William S. Haney at Faulks Baptist Cemetery, Marshville, Union Co. NC.
