Bio

Elizabeth Catherine "Kate" Eller was born in Missouri. She was the daughter of Gruery O'Brien and Edna Fallis O'Brien. Kate related to her daughter, Linnie that her family came by wagon to Texas by wagon and that she walked a big part of the way. Kate married John William Eller on April 24, 1868 in Collin County, Texas. For a period of time they had a farm in Collin County, Texas about two miles outside of Celina. In 1903 they moved to Laketon, Gray County, Texas where they lived until 1908 when they bought land in Pampa, Texas. Kate was a religious lady and active in the Church of Christ. Children of Kate and John William Eller are: HENRY, WASHINGTON, DURY, JOHN, ED, WILLIAM, MALINDA, EVA, THOMAS and infant Daughter.
