Mrs. Annie Schneider Died At Home In Tours Mrs. Annie Schneider of the Tours community died Wednesday, Oct. 29, age 74 years, 7 months and 19 days. Mrs. Schneider was born on March 10, 1856, in Illinois, and came to Texas in a wagon in 1874. The family settled in Tours, where Mrs. Schneider has remained since. In 1876 she was married to George Schneider. in 1875. Funeral services were held at St. Martin's Church, Tours, at 4:00 p.m. on Oct. 29, with Rev. Preker in charge. Interment was at the Tours Cemetery. Deceased is survived by four sons, G. A., Louis, Joe, and Henry; two daughters, Mrs. Katie Berger and Mrs. Joe Podsednik; 39 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
