They had 9 Children together, Jessie had one from a previous marriage. Alma (previous), Chester Cyrus, Dorothy Lenore, Edith, Alma, Mary Maxine, Leo Dean, Delbert (died in infancy) and Violet (died in infancy) He lived in Lawton Michigan working in the vineyard before moving back to NE. He was a skilled trapper and gardener. He was a prankster, and would sprinkle pepper on the stove to make the household sneeze.etc.
