Margaret Alice Swindell married Alfred H. Meredith 14 Oct 1875 in Henry Co., IN. The Knightstown (IN) Banner, Friday, Jun 10, 1904 Margaret Meredith died at her home in Greencastle, Ind., Monday, 28, of tuberculosis, aged 46 years, 11 months and 7 days. Funeral party arrived at Kennard Wednesday morning on 5:30 train, from where the remains were taken to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Rifner. Funeral Thursday 10:30 a.m. at M.E. church in New Castle, services conducted by the pastor, Rev. King. Interment at South Mound cemetery.
