Bio

OTHEL ELLISON Age 79, died Monday, January 24, 2000 at a local health care facility. He was a native of Chilton County, AL and a resident of Fairhope. Mr. Ellison was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fairhope. He is survived by two sons, Richard (Marie) Ellison of Mobile, James Ellison of Orlando, FL; daughter, Jane (Thurman) Williams of Diamond Head, MS; one sister, Floy Mae Ziglar of Homosassa Springs, FL; one brother, Charlie Ellison of Rosinton, AL; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Katherine Ellison, and two brothers, Harvel Ellison and Adrian Ellison. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6-8PM at Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 26, 2000 at 10 A M from Redeemer Lutheran Church officiated by Reverend John P. Jackson. Mr. Ellison will lie-in-state at the church from 9-10 AM. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Fairhope. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church, P.O.
