Ellison, Charlie Charlie Ellison - Age 88, a native of Chilton County, Alabama and resident of Robertsdale, AL died Saturday, December 23, 2006. He is survived by one son, Tom Ellison of Robertsdale, AL; one sister, Floye Mae Ziglar of Inverness, FL; a devoted friend, Mary Bell Harper of Robertsdale, AL; 13 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Charlie Ellison was preceded in death by his wife, Winnie and sons Dick, Donald and Larry. Mr. Ellison was a farmer and an avid fisherman. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at 2:00 PM at Styx River Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Sirmon officiating. Burial will be in Hinote Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the Styx River Baptist Church from 12 until 2pm on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Covenant Hospice or Styx river Baptist Church.
