Waco News-Tribune Monday August 29, 1938 Crockett, Mrs. Carra E. Mrs. Carra Elizabeth Crockett, 59 died at 1:10 p.m. Sunday at her home 1008 Spring Street. Funeral services will be held from Compton's chapel at 4 p. m. Monday, Rev Fred Janeway pfficiating, interment at Rosemound Cemetary. Survivors are her husband, T.A. Crockett one daughter Mrs. E.W. Rash of Waco two sons, L.C. Crockett of Waco J.W. Crockett of Norton three brothers LD StClair of Brout (? hard to read) , H.C. St Clair of Houston and George St Clair of Aransas Pass. and sister Mrs. Meda Lawerenc e of Throckmorton. Mrs. Crockett had been a resident of Waco for the past 14 years. Pallbearers will be Truman Smith, Jake Taylor, Ancil Morris, Bob Allen, Howard Goss and Leslie Rash.
