Bio

He owned a livery stable business and was involved in the insurance business in Farmersville. He was an active member of the Pride Lodge, I.O.O.F, for over 35 years and was election judge for the south voting box and City of Farmersville for 40 years. He was the son of William Russell and Mary Ann Taylor who are buried in Twin Cemetery outside of Farmersville.
