Grand Island (Nebraska) Daily Independent Saturday, 11 March 1916, page 2 Ravenna Notes. Ravenna, Mar. 11 - Mrs. Frances Slavik, mother of Mrs. Joseph Smaha, sr., died at the home of her daughter Wednesday evening. Mrs. Slavik was 89 years of age and has been feeble the past year.
