Bessie Jensen Funeral Services were held 10:00 A.M., Thursday, September 28, 1989 at Higby Mortuary. Interment was held in the Aurora Cemetery. OBITUARY: Bessie Jensen Bessie Iola Jensen, the daughter of Arthur and Elna (Flint) Tuttle, was born at Cushing, Nebraska, on February 27, 1917, and passed away at Aurora, Nebraska, on September 26, 1989, at the age of 72 years, 6 months and 29 days. She began school in Cusing, for 2 years, and then the family moved to Marquette where she graduated from high school in 1935. On November 4, 1936, she was united in marriage to Carl B. Jensen at Aurora. They farmed in the Kronborg area. Bessie was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church at Kronborg. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Lloyd Tuttle and one sister Ruth Morrison. Those who remain to cherish her memory are her husband, Carl B. Jensen of Marquette; 2 sons, Carl B. Jensen, Jr. of Omaha and Larry Jensen of Hampton; 2 daughters, Virginia Wall of Lincoln and Joyce Jones of Aurora; 4 brothers, Vern Tuttle of Blair, Clarence Tuttle of Crete, Don Tuttle of Marquette and Buddy Tuttle of Aurora and 13 grandchildren.
