Bio

Funeral services for Jim Dial, 90, of Rosepine, La., will be held Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Life Tabernacle in Rosepine. Bro. Jeremy Griffin and Rev. George Lee Glass will officiate, and burial will follow in Rosepine Cemetery under the direction of Chaddick Funeral Home. Mr. Dial is survived by his wife, Bertha Dial; his daughters Frances Miller of Leesville, La., Billie Ticer of Benton, La., Bernell Oakes and Bettye Elias, both of Rosepine; his sons Jimmie Dial of Concord, Calif., William Bill Dial of Lake Charles, La., Gerald Dial of DeRidder, and Bruce Dial of Rosepine; his sister Namie Odom of Pitkin, La.; 16 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 3, 2009 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Chaddick Funeral Home in DeRidder, La. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Life Tabernacle, P.O.
