Bio

Lee Granville Hutson was born in March 1859 or 1860 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Granville and Sarah E. (Osborne) Hutson. He had married by 1893 to Annie Lindsey, a woman sixteen years younger than he. They had two children listed in the 1900 census - a daughter Claudia and a son not yet named. They were living with his mother-in-law, Sarah F. Lindsey and her son David Lindsey and her daughter, Bettie Whiticotton. They were living in Justice Precinct 8 in Kaufman County, Texas. Twenty years later, Lee and Annah were living with their two sons, George and William and Claudia and her husband and two sons in Justice Precinct 7 in Dallas. Lee is listed in the Texas death index as having passed away in Dallas on February 9, 1943. He is buried at Laurel Land Cemetery in Dallas.
