Miss Kotrla was born Mar. 5, 1932 in Ellinger to Rudolph and Julia (Horak) Kotrla, and was a lifelong resident of Columbus. Miss Kotrla is survived by two sisters; Ruby Kubala of Columbus, and Dorothy Stephens of Hico and two brothers, Frank Kotrla of Baytown , and Jerry Kotrla of San Antonio.
