Bio

Ruie Burlison Garrison, went home to her Lord Feb. 22, 2009. Born June 13, 1919, in Scott, she was the youngest daughter of James Walter and Sallie Tennessee Burleson. She was married to Joseph Paul Garrison, for 64 years. She is survived by her children, John (Kay) Garrison of Pine Bluff, Joe (Barbara) Garrison, Randall (Mary) Garrison, Ralph (Jan) Garrison, all of Vilonia and Judy (Bobby) Glover of Maumelle; 11 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral service was held Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Vilonia, with Bro. John Hamby officiating. Burial will follow at Keo Cemetery.
