(US ARMY RETIRED) - age 84, of Knoxville, died Tuesday, August 12, 1997, at Colonial Hills Nursing Home, Maryville. He was an attorney and practiced law in Cherow, SC, after Army retirement. Preceded in death by parents, Ollie and Iva Trice; wife, Patricia L Trice; brothers Oakley A and Dudley Trice. Survivors: sister, Frances Lindsey, Mt Pleasant, TN; brothers O A Trice, Columbia, TN and Lillard Trice, Knoxville; sister Lillian Crawford, Cookeville, TN. Cremains will be inurned at Arlington National Cemetery.
